From screen names to real friendships
In the early days of WebTV and online chat rooms, Mom found a community of friends through "BayCityBlues" — a chat room for fans of the soap opera Another World. What started as conversations about Bay City turned into real, lasting friendships. They met in person at fan reunions in New York City, gathered at Kamp Kentucky, vacationed together at Myrtle Beach, and celebrated each other's families and milestones for years. These pages are a testament to the warmth of those connections.
