Congratulations Ryan!

A message from Ryan's Scoutmaster

Troop 9's Newest Eagle Scout

I'm pleased to announce that Ryan Kraus, age 15, completed his Eagle Board of Review tonight (9/24/08).

Ryan has been a member of the troop's leadership serving as Troop Guide, ASPL and is currently serving his unit a SPL. He attended Thunderbird Youth training and served on it's staff this year. Ryan also attended Scouting's 100th anniversary World Jambo last year.

His Eagle project was completed at the Stamford Museum and Nature Center, involving the construction of benches along the wilderness paths.

It has been fun working with Ryan since joining our troop. It was interesting to watch him grow and mature to the outstanding young man he is today.
