1. I used the  Freehand Tool to remove background
2. Foreground Color : Gradient Metallic Gold 02, Angle    167, Horizontal and Vertical 50
3. Background Color:  #829EC1
4. Added a Call out from Preset Shapes
5. Cropped with the crop tool
6. Added Picture frame "Edge Brush 04"
